My 2 year old daughter, simply loves this bed. The bench is a wonderful touch for her toys. This is actually a lot bigger than we imagined. The picture does not do this one justice. It's a really nice bed. Sturdy, too. You will not be disappointed with this bed!

Caveat: Items were damaged in shipment. The items ship in the original packing which isn't very good. KidKraft has Xclnt customer service and a website for ordering replacement items for FREE.

We received this bed for our two-year-old as a gift. It is very easy to put together, lightweight enough to move easily, and yet very sturdy. My daughter loved this bed from the very get-go. The bookend shelf at the foot of the bed is a terrific feature. At first, we were concerned that the side walls were not high enough or long enough to keep her from falling out of bed, but she has never fallen out in the entire six months she has been using it. We are very happy with this bed. If we ever had the need for another toddler bed, this would be the one we would want again.

I ordered the adorable little bed that I saw online or so I thought. First off it came in a medium sized box and when I opened it at least hundreds of bolts nuts and screws lucky mom I was, I got to put it together.

When I got it together I realized it wasn't the same bed as the one on the box. The one on the box had different poles. Then I realized it wasn't even the color that is introduced online or on the box. Pretty pink u think or not, it was a light purplish color. Best yet, it states that a crib mattress will fit, there is a gap between the headboard and the mattress.My crib mattress is to small for it. I really wish I could have seen this item in a store before I wasted over 0.00 on this bed that looks like it's made for my dog. To top it all off it wasn't in stock when I ordered it and I was given the wrong date when it would be delivered. I later recieved a letter saying sorry for the delay I wouldn't get my order for another month which meant that I wouldn't get my daughters bed for her birthday which I had been told I would. Although I was unhappy for many reasons, I kept the bed because my daughter loved the thought of having her own "Princess bed". Before you order this bed do know that I looked in many stores for this bed and couldn't find anyone who sold it, so when you choose to order from this site who will tell you we don't have it but another company does and they will also tell you they lost your order please don't let your kids know they are getting a pretty pink princess bed.Instead tell them they might get a Purplish Princess bed that looks comfy in the picture but the dog would rather lay in it.

This bed is just darling- my two and 1/2 year old loves it. It is fairly nice quality- quite heavy actually. It took me two hours to assemble but it may have gone quicker if I were less lame or if the manufacturer had sent full directions instead of just steps 4 thru 9. The bed is more lavender than pink but very cute. It is close to the ground so its safe for littler ones and the sides near the head and foot are raised so your princess doesn't roll out in the night. With regard to shipping, this bed is available all over the internet. I chose a great company- I received the bed in about a week whereas Amazon said it would ship in 3 to 6 weeks. Just make sure that they have the bed in stock before you purchase.

I love this toybox! We got it as a toybox for our living room. It is made of a sturdy plastic so spills are easy to wipe off. It is well designed in that it is bottom heavy even without toys and isn't easily knocked over. There are no sharp edges and the plastic is hollow so banging into it doesn't cause ouchies. There is a gap between the lid and the toy box so little fingers can get in there and easily lift the lid. The lid rolls easily back into the top and stays in place. Note that the shelf part doesn't have a solid back but it does have a high lip so books can't fall behind the toybox. The box comes as one solid piece, no assembly required.

One thing to note though, we got this a *lot* cheaper by going to Menards. I believe we paid for this toy box with the red lid.

Please take a close look at what you're buying. It is no longer the one-piece unit. This storage chest was redesigned by Step 2, and I wish it hadn't been! There are two main problems now-- first is that the bookshelf is not as deep, which means it can store only small books. Don't know about you, but about half of my daughter's books are fairly big hardcovers. They won't fit.

The other problem is that it now comes in two pieces that you have to screw together. I was really surprised to see that when you assemble it, the two screws simply stick out into the toybox... there is no covering over them, so if your child reaches in or climbs in, they could get hurt on these screws. For purely aesthetic reasons, I also prefer the one-piece design.

I don't have the old model to compare it to, but I am told the plastic is also flimsier in the new model. I know that I can actually see through the white plastic (I can tell what toys are inside it), so that doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence.

All that said, I still prefer it to most other toyboxes. The toybox is roomy and cute. My 2-year-old has no problem opening it or reaching her books off the shelf, and even though I'm annoyed that it's not deep enough, I'm glad there is a shelf anyway.

My five year old got a Cinderella doll purse, an Ariel one, and a Belle one for her birthday. She ADORES them. They are very similar to Polly Pocket dolls, and the clothes are interchangeable with those, but these have the costumes from the Disney movies, and, of course, glitter(which stays on surprisingly well).

The only problem I have with these dolls is that the hair is like a wig, which comes off. This makes the hair interchangeable, but since the Ariel, Belle, and Cinderella dolls are pretty much identical except for the hair (ok, eye color is different), it is unnecessary. I have offered to superglue the wigs on, but my offer has been refused, so my daughter doesn't mind this "defect" at all, and since all the parts are easily stored in one of the "purses" it's not a big issue.

The clothes are sturdy, pretty, and much more modest than some of the Polly dolls, and each set comes with plenty of clothes. My daughter has no trouble dressing the dolls herself, and as the whole collection goes right into the purse (or, we got a special bag for all Polly style dolls to be stored in) I have had no trouble with them all over the floor--yet

My daughter spends hours with them, even allowing her little brother to play the boy Polly dolls, since there are no Disney Princes (hint to Disney, I wish.) I have been very pleased overall, despite the large number of teency tiny shoes that are in our house now.

Hope this helps- I think dolls would be a choking hazard for younger than Four, but if your child doesn't put small object in their mouth anymore (mine used Polly clothes like gum when she was three), then this set has _Excellent_ play value, and the added appeal of a favorite princess. In my house, the friends quarrel over who gets to be Ariel or Jasmine, though!

I ordered this for my daughter who loves cinderella, first of all it is too small and the dresses are very difficult to put on the doll, second of all she snapped the neck of the doll very easily, she could have swallowed it as it is very small and last time she snapped the neck which broke in 2 pieces. Nice idea which could have been made in a bigger form, u don't need a bag that big for such a small toy!

I bought a bunch of these flying animals for kids xmas gifts and the duck is up with the monkey for the best. It actually sounds like a quack (unlike the pigs sad oink) and flys almost as far as the monkey, but further than the others. This is better for olders kids and adults as the beak gives a larger spot for your finger(s) when launching. We did have 1 break, but it was drowned in a water dish, so the kids were to blame. All the others have held up to much fun. We liked them so much we kept several ourselves.

Yes it is true, these toys are not the most durable, but they sure are fun! I bought the monkey for my brother in Iraq and the guys love him. My dog and I play with the duck. She is a 60 lb Weimarener and LOVES this toy. She doesn't get to chew on it but we play fetch with it everyday. We have had it since May and unlike other dog toys that cost and lasted one afternoon, this guys is STILL with us. His head is a little loose, but he still files and quacks! I am ordering more one for the office and a couple for the dog, the duck need a break.

This toy is very entertaining for kids. I was a little concerned b/c some of the reviews said that when flying the duck- it crashed stright to the ground and wouldn't fly. This is untrue if you lightly floss it rather than throwing it. Another concern was a reveiw that stated that you didn't have to actually point the gun at the duck and it would still count as a shot- well it's a kids toy. We're not snippers at the gun range- it's made of plactic and styrofoam. Definatly worth the money- if you go to Toyrus or Cabellas where it's much cheaper.

I am 13 and got this toy for Christmas from Uncle. It works very. Generally it works best for two people but one works too. You want to charge it for something like 30-40 seconds, not 10. 10 will do nothing. Nothing at all. The white knob shouldn't really be fiddled with, but occasionally you get a really cool setting where it will go in perfect circles and works great. I thought the trigger was rather lame, it's not easy to press down and hold for as long as you like. Also, charging the duck can be annoying, because it has to be at 0% energy, which basically means you have about five to six flights and then have to wait for it to drain out because it won't work. Despite what the duck originally looks like, it's quite sturdy (I flew it into the fireplace where it started pumping ashes because the wings were flapping, and it still works great). Also, the gun pump isn't the best idea for a pistol shaped gun. Something on the back where your thumb could reach would be better. And even if your duck breaks, the gun makes a good simple pistol for cops an' robbers.

All in all, it works very well, but it could've used a little fine-tuning. What would've made it AWESOME if it was remote controlled by someone else!! That would have been AMAZING!!

I recommend this to anyone who wants to have a little fun. (But it isn't really for older kids.)

I ordered this monkey, which was pictured as being a Flingshot Flying Monkey, but actually received the Super Fly Monkey instead. They seem to be very similar, with different faces and masks. The Super Fly Monkey was well received by each person who got one, and they were a lot of fun. Be careful when pulling out the tab to block the battery however, as the plastic strip can break, leaving the monkey silent.

Every time I send that monkey flying through the air shrieking all the way I have to grin -- there's probably a deep personal insight there but let's skip over that. It's a little difficult for people without some hand strength to operate so it doesn't get five stars, other than that it's a real winner. I ordered two of them and they both broke within a matter of days. Both toys were used by adults so there wasn't any excessive pulling or stretching of the bands. In one case the band came off one end and we spent the next 20 minutes trying to reattach only to find out that the orange brace separated from the back of the toy. In the second case the band actually broke off rendering the toy useless. All of the happened within about 20 pulls.. Not a well make toy! I'm going to see if Amazon can take these back for a full refund.

Not only does this keep them engaged in an activity, it also requires peer interaction since someone has to be at the opposite end to retrieve the cylinder. AND, my regular P.E. students like this too...although they tend to end up shooting eachother at a point blank range...the cylinders hold up!
